  • Set value of compose prefix in pluginLocalComposePrefix config variable in setup in SBH1
  • Set value of compose prefix in pluginLocalComposePrefix config variable in setup in SBH3
  • Add checkbox to setup to indicate pluginsUseLocalCompose in SBH1
  • Add checkbox to setup to indicate pluginsUseLocalCompose in SBH3
  • Plugins admin page support changing these two variables in SBH1
  • Plugins admin page support changing these two variables in SBH3
  • SynBioHub's construction of evaluate calls to plugins should check these variables and modify all URLs sent accordingly in SBH1
