This workflow starts with a set of collections, which are put into the composite parts sheet.

Then, one edits both the local copies of the libraries and the composite parts in the spreadsheet.

Next, that is converted to an SBOL collection of composite parts, which can then be used (e.g., uploaded to SynBioHub).

This is believed to be partially implemented, but needs to be completed and tested.
