As for public collection that this sheet will be published in.

For the selected public collection, check that the ids in the sheet will not clash with ids in the public collection.

Assuming collection is: <SBH URL>/public/<collection>/<collection>_collection/1

The id to check for is: <SBH URL>/public/<collection>/<id>/1
