We will keep this open as a reminder to fix the dependency problem when the author has time. Most of the functions in this package can be used without these two dependencies, and you can also copy the function to run it in R without installation. Besides, you can also install the development version from https://github.com/SydneyBioX/CellSPA/tree/test_dm, where these dependency problems have been fixed.
