There are different information that are collected in the facility form and can be triangulated to ascertain the screening/enrolling facility. None of these information is perfect and a criterion should combine them in an efficient manner:

  • device ID
  • facility selected by the research assistant (India, Tanzania, Kenya) => but default value does not seem to be working in encrypted projects
  • GPS coordinates (background recording - can be missing)
  • facility code as part of the child ID
