Implement comprehensive CI/CD pipeline for automated testing and deployment of pull requests.

Tasks:

• Setup GitHub Actions workflow
• Configure automated testing
• Implement linting checks
• Add build verification
• Setup deployment previews
• Configure merge checks
• Add status reporting

Technical Requirements:

• GitHub Actions configuration
• Testing framework setup
• Deployment configuration
• Environment variables management

Acceptance Criteria:

• Automated tests run on every PR
• Linting checks pass
• Build verification succeeds
• Deployment previews work
• Status checks are enforced
