From communications with users, could be more clear that the motif string presented in results.tsv shouldn't be taken as direct evidence of domain presence, as the motifs do have a false discovery rate! The domain string and classification are more relevant for ID'ing domains. Figure from NLRexpress paper below shows the relative accuracy of each predictor - note the CC motif!
