Error when upgrading from EE 2.4 to 2.5

Hi,

I have the following error when I upgraded from 2.4 to 2.5:

    A PHP Error was encountered
    Severity: Notice
    Message: Trying to get property of non-object
    Filename: markdown/config.php
    Line Number: 13

I resolved the issue by commenting that line. Not sure why the upgrade process explores that file...

Hello - Can you please retest this? I've edited the config.php to hopefully relieve this. I couldn't replicate this issue with a new install of 2.5, I assume it's part of update code that causes it?

For clarification: Is this occurring during the upgrade process of EE, or while running the module updates?
