Observation: Scanning an OMR sheet placed on a white colour table top causes significant data capture issues. The student ID and OMR marks get captured incorrectly and sometimes not at all.
Impact: Most school classrooms do not have white colour tables BUT school labs, HM table, and official tables are white in colour.
Desire: The scanning should not be dependant on the colour of the surface the sheet is placed on.
