Course creation stuck on loading (on local installation of sunbird) #710

When creating a course/book/lesson plan or resource the loader window is stuck on loading and is unable to move forward as the "Start Creating" button is disabled.

The user has necessary roles as well. Just that the course creation gets stuck on loading forever.
