Go back to using upstream kubernetes_metadata plugin #95

The kubernetes_metadata plugin has merged our PR: fabric8io/fluent-plugin-kubernetes_metadata_filter@d5fe9b7, which means we should be able to go back to using upstream version of the plugin.

Due to the changes introduced in #111 and #117 to make connections to API server persistent, we cannot go back to upstream plugin without loosing the connection persistence until Kubeclient releases version 5 and this plugin switches to persistent connections (or makes it possible via configuration).
