I am trying to download a large number of sequences that I have obtained from a blastp. I have obtained a file with the IDs of those proteins and now I would like to pass them to the program. I have seen that the code contains the epost function (use_epost) but I don't know how to use it properly. Would you be so kind to tell me how I could use that function to download the fasta sequences?
Thank you in advance

Dear @avesillo88 ,
As of now, NCBI Mass Sequence Downloader cannot use an accession list as input.
However, since it already uses epost adding such functionality should not be that hard. I will keep the issue open, and once the opportunity arises I will try to implement that feature, which is obviously useful.
