I would imagine a menu, located in Modules > General that will look like when ordering roles. This would be to choose the order of the elements in the user popouts. For example, if someone wants to see the "mutual friends" element on top, they just drag the mutual friends "role container thingy" on top of the list.
Optionnally, it would be relevant to add the "Note" and the "About me" elements to this list, I think.
