[Bug]: (Stremio 5.0.0-beta.15) Cannot Adjust the Volume, Greyed Out

Describe the bug

Volume is not adjustable only in anime streams. I tried it with multiple anime, different add-ons, multiple audio streams, multiple embedded subtitled streams, and non-anime content. It occurs only in anime streams.

To Reproduce

1. Launch Stremio 5
2. Stream any anime

Expected behavior

to be able to adjust the volume

also please be more specific than 'only anime streams' there are multiple addons providing streams

I do not use any audio enhancement software. Also, as I said, it only seems to happen with anime streams (from 2 different add-ons). Wouldn't it also happen with non-anime content if it was caused by other software (same add-ons as I use to watch anime)?

Volume is adjustable on web.stremio.com with the same streams. But still greyed out in the desktop app.

I have the same issue, just got done watching a Korean movie just fine, opened a Neon Genesis Evangelion episode and volume is grayed out, can only mute/unmute but not adjust.

Same issue, volume slider works in non-anime streams, broken in all anime ones, no audio enhancement software installed (even I did, why would it still work on non-anime streams?)

I also see grayed out volume only on some torrentio streams for example
