playbooks/roles/genesis-linode/defaults/main.yml still uses Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

Expected behavior:

Expect for a more updated image:
linode/ubuntu18.04
or
linode/ubuntu20.04

Actual Behavior:

#1453 updates to linode/ubuntu18.04. I guess you can test this.
