Harvest Time Logging in Closed Jira tasks with no time logging allowed. Needs a fix!

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Close a Jira task and ensure jira.issue.editable = false in the workflow - closed step properties. This prevents the task from editing and
2. Log time via the plugin and it shows nice error:
   Error: You can not edit the issue as it is in a non-editable workflow state.
3. Time is not logged in Jira and this is great - works as expected. However see below

Expected Result
Time should not be logged in Harvest

Actual Results
Time is logged in Harvest and this is very very confusing and needs a fix asap.
