USER ISSUE: Tools clipping through camera after loading into the game #25330

Version: 0.11.1.6 beta release-826

Steps to Reproduce:

Load into game
pull out tool
Tools are half invisible
Go into third person, then back into first person
Tools are now back to normal

Expected behavior:
The tools should not be clipping through the camera

Actual behavior:
The tools are clipping through the camera, causing them to become half invisible

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
No mods are installed
