This url is down:
https://www.rabbitmq.com/rabbitmq-release-signing-key.asc

The url for the key is now:
https://github.com/rabbitmq/signing-keys/releases/download/2.0/rabbitmq-release-signing-key.asc

The URL is back up but i think its better to go get the key on github for preventing other troubles.
