While in the Checkit web viewer, tasks and subtasks are displayed nicely (e.g. Task 1, Task 1.1, etc.), when Checkit exports to Canvas, it seems to simply produce nested <ol>, which give the following appearance

Known issue. :-( Quickest fix is to use https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/ol#attr-type to alternate numbers/letters/Romans at least.
