Start Index cannot be less than zero.

Everything seems to be working just fine, but every few seconds I will get a popup of
Microsoft .NET Framework saying "Start Index cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: start Index."

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
