No data from dexcom app to nightwatch #124

Hi

I have a smartphone SAMSUNG-SM-J327A with the G5 Decom app
I have installed the nightwath app, entered the username and password of dexcom, checked in all the parameters but do not get the data
I got a message "Alerts and messages" (in red)
What to do?

I tried also to restart my smartphone and It doesn’t help

Are you located outside US? I have the same problem, I found out that Dexcom uses 2 data share sites:
https://uam1.dexcom.com/ for US
https://uam2.dexcom.com/ for International

I think the Nightwatch app only uses the US server.

I also had this issue. I'm in the UK, so I decided to use the nightscout option. I have entered my nightscout URL but it has not shown any reading yet. I'm not sure if I have the correct URL. How would I check it is correct?

Thank you. My question was which URL to use. Is it the one in Heroku settings called "Heroku git URL"? Or is the one I put in the browser to get my Nightscout up?
