Describe the solution you'd like

I would like the steeltoe service discovery to be based on Microsoft.Extensions.ServiceDiscovery.Abstractions similar to what is available with YARP.

Additional context

dotnet/aspire#1831 has been logged to extend the supported frameworks in Aspire as that is a Blocker to get this done.
