Site and service-wide Code of Conduct

Declare something similar to the existing IRC Code of Conduct to apply to the use of all SteamLUG sites, services and servers.

psymin popped the idea up, and I think it’s a fine one. Need to rework the servers page too, to make hosts aware of our guidelines.

• Be inclusive & kind

All community participants should feel welcome, regardless of their personal background. Please be polite, courteous, and considerate to fellow participants. No offensive comments regarding gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion will be tolerated.

• Be respectful & responsible

Be respectful when communicating with others, even when differences arise. Participants are expected to work together to resolve disagreements constructively and respectfully. Disagreement is no excuse for poor manners.

• Reach out & ask for help

Ask questions if you are unsure and be helpful to those who ask.
