We need a sexy 403/404 tux page to be used instead of the default apache error doc.
Maybe a unique one for archive.steamlug.org 404s?

Added 403, 404, 500 pages. They’re ugly. Leaving this tracking bug open for (hopefully) a contribution from community :)
