Hello.
I’m interested in your paper published about prediction of COVID pre-symptom.
However, I have a few questions, so I leave this message to ask.

The uploaded dataset has 2,123 people and
when I downloaded the Excel file, there was only information about 84 COVID-19 positive people.

Question 1.
In the paper and supplementary table S1, there are 2,122 (Participants filled in at least one survey) participants participated in the survey. But the uploaded dataset has 2,123 people in total. Is the number written on the paper incorrect?

Question 2.
2-1.
So, among the 2,123 people, are the rest of the people negative or untested for COVID-19?
In this case,

  • Covid Positive: 84 people
  • Covid Negative: 1,213 people
  • Untested individuals (without any COVID-19 test report): 826 people

2-2.
Or, as written in the paper, 278 people are positive for COVID-19 and the rest are negative?
In this case,

  • Covid Positive: 278 people
  • Covid Negative: 1,213 people
  • Untested individuals (without any COVID-19 test report): 632 people

Question 3.
If 2-2 is right, the 278 participant are positive for COVID-19.
Can you tell me which participant are Covid Positive or Covid Negative or Untested for in the uploaded dataset?

Question 1 has been resolved.
The uploaded dataset has 2,123 people and 1 file is break. So the dataset has 2,122.

I would like to request for the remaining 2 questions.
