The central backend server for all Squire services.
When [[SquireBot]] was being rewritten from Python to [[Rust]], the [[tournament]] model was more intentionally seperated. The new [[tournament]] library became [[SquireLib]] and the backend server that would connect [[SquireBot]] with future Squire services was named SquireCore.
