Add .castor.stub.php file for improved IDE support

This commit introduces a new .castor.stub.php file automatically generated by Castor to enhance IDE autocompletion and analysis features. It contains various class and interface declarations relevant to Castor version 0.18.2. This file is safe to ignore in version control systems.
