about KS4 run time

Hi, is it normal for a 4-shank NP2 recording of 80gb (~50m) to have an estimated SI-KS4 wrapper CPU (30 cores) - run of 16h?

For the same recording it took 5-6h using native KS3 (different computer, although less processing power).

No it's not normal and I suspect it might be due to a wrong GPU config.
Run time should be 2/2.5 real time

Hi, sorry I wasn't clear myself. Its running on CPU, I can't configure the GPU to work properly...

I see. Then yes it supposedly very slow on CPU...Can you try spyking circus 2 and see how it does? It's CPU based, but almost as fast as the Kilosort running on GPU if you use many cores (e.g. 16 and more)
