Make the headers easily linkable for doomscroll mode

This is a fairly common feature, github docs has an implementation similar to what i'm imagining (https://docs.github.com/en/migrations/importing-source-code/using-github-importer/about-github-importer#about-github-importer).

This would allow people to easily point to specific parts of a report

You can do this by clicking on the link in the sidebar then copying it from the URL, or did you want a separate button?
