Looks like the bot can comfortably carry the cube at max scissor height. Instead of carry on the back of the switch, carry and drop from the place position to minimize the cycle time.
In addition create button to put the cube to 'carry on the switch' as a separate entry. With that drop cube will always move the the 'place' position and open the grabber arm
