We should have an index page at https://sovereigncloudstack.github.io/newsletter/digest indexing all past community digest issues.

@maxwolfs I'll leave this open as this maybe could be beneficial for our community. Feel free to close this if you either don't have time to tackle this or if you don't see any benefit from this.
