Align IaaS security feature description between SCS and Gaia-X

As a user, I'm interested in security features of IaaS Offering, such as image and volume description or key management. SCS project standardizes some features, which MUST be describable with Gaia-X Credentials and be discoverable from Openstack Cloud.

Tasks:

• Collect security capabilities users may interest in
• Evaluate Gaia-X Ontology with respect of vocabulary to describe security features and extend ontology if there are lacks in decription
• Extend gx-credential-generator to discover security features and create compliant Gaia-X Credentials
