I'll try getting this working on the second Jetson and see how it goes. I think there shouldn't need to be too many changes (if any) needed to get this working with OpenCV 4.x, and it comes with a 30-40% speed boost!

Out of curiosity, how are we going to get this working with Docker? The image we're pulling from uses OpenCV 3.

Also, the OpenCV 4 installation instructions require manual compilation; I can't find a prebuilt binary.

Well, currently we're manually installing on the Jetson using installOpenCVTX1, so just bump the version there to 4.0.1. Also, I think it's backwards compatible with 3.x for everything we're doing, so it should be fine. If it's not backwards compatible, we should wait on this till off season.
