Does the pipeline work on the single tag UMI

I'm working on the single tag UMI, Does the pipeline work for my needs. Additionally, I'm manually incorporating the extraction of UMI reference sequence for Single UMI tag, I'm stuck with the extraction of the UMI. It will be great if you could share the protocol of extraction , I'm unsure how to extract the UMI pattern, the UMI in my library construct is {NNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGG} n-unique ones and G are constant, at the 5 end.
