Hi, it seems that the longread_umi pipeline process one primer pair each time. Are there any option to process multiple primer pairs in just one command-line run without running the pipeline several times? I think running the pipeline several times can be a waste of computing resources. For example, the adapter trimming step (by using porechop) takes a lot of resources, I think for each sample, it only needs to be run once even the panel contains multiple pairs of primers.
