  1. How much current will be flowing in your circuit? Are your traces on the top layer thick enough? They are currently a bit less than 20mils. The LM2596 seems to have a max output current of 3A. Here is a table showing the trace width vs current. A standard board is 1oz copper so look at that column. Since you have space, I'd make them as thick as possible.

  2. Your two connectors seem like they're too close to each other. Consider moving them apart.
  3. Add silkscreen beside J1 and J3 (PS where is J2??) specifying which one the input connector is and which one the output connector is
  4. What fuse value will you be using for your board? Why not use a surface mount fuse instead of using a fuse holder?
