Cant install/open Chrome extensions #5

When I go to: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adblock-plus-free-ad-bloc/cfhdojbkjhnklbpkdaibdccddilifddb (which is the link to the extension "AdBlock") I can not call the page, after tI do so I get an error 256 and a "oh no internet" suddenly.
