Editing Elevator does not have the same fields as editing travelnet

Unable to correct / update network and owner (for use in multiplayer co-op setting) test case is two people mining down to a certain level across different timezone / schedules, only the original person who placed elevators can continue to add floors

this works as desired in travelnet with _attach and _remove permissions
