Fabric3 no funciona amb python 3.10.

Cal re-migrar a fabric (o cercar alternatives).

Fins a eixe moment, quan es crea un virtualenv nou i s'instal·la fabric3, cal modificar la llibreria "original", aplicant el pedaç https://github.com/mathiasertl/fabric/pull/57/files
