Make outline/wireframe mode persistent

Currently, OrcaSlicer has "Show Selected Outline" in View menu, which is only partially useful, because the outline disappears when you select a modifier for that part:

This makes it difficult to make use of this feature to accurately position modifiers.

Describe the solution you'd like

Several solutions:

1. Keep outline of the part visible when it's modifiers are selected;
2. Make outline view mode persistent for all parts regardless of the selection.
