End of the print still tries to print on the prime tower in mid air even when prime tower is not the full Z height

How to reproduce

Generate gcode with the attached project

Actual results

Final toolchange unload is trying to print on the prime tower in mid air

Expected results

The prime tower is only used for the first couple of layers to print the serial in a different color, the remaining part is done with T0. However tool unchange still thinks the prime tower was fully created and tries to print in mid air. It probably shouldn't do that.
