prints run diffrently between Orcaslicer 1.5 vs Orcaslicer 1.6?

So I have a model I made up and have been printing off. It's something that takes..... 35min ish. It prints reliably and the like.

If I slice the same part with Exclude objects on or off my start print script runs differently and has no hope in getting that first layer down.

Has anyone else had this happen?

I'm running this on Manjaro Linux
