Upcoming release v6

Hi,

I just want to let you know, that version 6.0.0 is in progress. While previous versions of IMEI provided support for the most common delegates, v6 aims to provide nearly full delegate support and provides a more fine-grained configuration. However, delegate support depends on the used OS.

As of now, the following delegates are currently missing:

• dps
• flif
• fpx
• jxl (JPEG XL)

while

• dps is rarely used
• flif is no longer under active development and has been superseded by FUIF and then by JPEG XL
• fpx is considered to be added to IMEI, if there's any demand for it
• jxl is actually built with IMEI, but currently doesn't work well with ImageMagick (see Latest JXL seems to be incompatible ImageMagick/ImageMagick#3534)
