Mac and Linux version

Install the python dependencies:

sudo apt-get install python3-tk - If tkinter is not installed by the OS (needed for Ubuntu)
sudo pip3 install --upgrade PySimpleGUI

Navigate to the source folder and run: python3 md5tool.py
