Describe how wayland-rs lowers wire types to rust types

In the matrix chat it wasn't immediately clear what an array was lowered to in wayland-rs. (Specifically whether the Vec included the header and end padding or not).

It would be nice to have some documentation describing what wire type corresponds to what rust type(s).
