R code for generating results in figure 5e,f and extended data figure 10d,e

1. Download the input data to directory with R script alt_translation.R where you want to save figures.
2. In R script set two sets of boolean variables:
   1. exact_mutation and other_mutation to decide which sets of mutations to use
   2. plot_sfs and plot_constraint to decide which of the two plots to run
3. Run script to generate figures
