Video Cleaning

I have used Sky tube for several years and I've never had inability to turn off video cleaning or had this problem. I have downloaded a few favorite videos that I like to save on my phone only to find that they're deleted next time I want to share them with someone. When I go into the options the options to delete the videos that are bookmarked or downloaded are always already checked and I can't leave them unchecked to leave the videos alone

Skytube doesn't delete the videos by itself, it is done, most probably by one of the automatic 'garbage collector' apps - or some auto 'Cleaner' app which the manufacturers love to install. The best to avoid this, I think, is to set the folder to 'Downloads' folder, and cautiously click on those cleaner apps, when they propose to 'remove unused/junk files' from your system.

Skytube won't stop deleting downloaded videos. I never had this problem with Skytube before. I tried "cautiously" opening the cleaner function and de-selecting the pre-selected "delete after viewing " options. This is all within the Skytube app. Can I download an older version of Skytube somewhere or is this going to be fixed? There must be a lot of people unhappy with this new function. Thanks for your help
