Create explosion to call on explode event #7670

Suggestion

The create explosion effect should call on explode, or make the create explosion an EffectSecion and inside the section is the explosion event.

Why?

You can collect things like the exploded blocks of the explosion.

This would allow developers to create explosions without needing to spawn and detonate tnt immediately after spawning.

Other

Watch out for concurrency by calling create explosion from within an on explode event. The main reason this probably isn't into fruition.
