ExprPotionEffect missing what EffPotion has for icon

Is missing the icon part of the pattern, but EffPotion has potion icon hiding

Expected Behavior

To both either use the same syntax, like ExprPotionEffect for usage in EffPotion. Just like how Fireworks are built.
