In order to take our product to the next level, we need to start allowing our users to gain valuable insights about themselves in relation to their growth within their organization.

MVP:

• Clearly visualize my growth over time
• See which skills I have that others, who have these skills as objectives, could use my help with
• See which objectives I have which others share (so we can set a learning group up)
• View # of current objectives both complete & in progress
